From February 10 to February 12, 2023, the Vijaya Mahal in T.Nagar will host the three-day Home Loan Mela organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Chennai Chapter, the apex body of Real Estate Developers.The Home Loan Mela was formally inaugurated today by Mr. Suresh Krishn, President of CREDAI Tamil Nadu, in the presence of Mr. S. Sivagurunathan, President of CREDAI Chennai, and Mr. P Kruthivas, Convener of FAIRPRO 2023, Mr Niraj Kumar Panda, General Manager Network 2, SBI, Mr Rajeswara Reddy, Filed General Manager, Indian Bank; Ms S Padmavathi, Regional Head (Marketing – Retail, Commercial & Project); Mr P Ravivarma, General Manager, Circle Office , Canara Bank and Mr Shrenick Khabiya, Regional Business Head, Chennai & Puducherry, HDFC.
The home loan mela is being hosted in preparation for the annual mega property expo FAIRPRO 2023, which will take place from February 17–19, 2023, in Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam.Five banks, namely State Bank of India, Indian Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd., HDFC Bank, and Canara Bank, will take part in this year’s loan mela.

Mr. S. Sivagurunathan, President, CREDAI Chennai, said -The loan mela before Fairpro 2023 will streamline the home buying process. Prospective homebuyers can select their dream residence at the main expo, get pre-approval for their loans, and benefit from the maximum funding.
Mr. P Kruthivas, Convener, FAIRPRO 2023, said – The housing market in Chennai and the neighbouring areas has remained strong. Given that all developments are registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA), now is the ideal moment for homebuyers to obtain hassle-free housing loans for any type of property
