First Core Meeting of Alliance Club of Metro city

The very first Core Meeting of Alliance Club of Metro city was held at 630 pm on 14th May at Ruby Hall, Presidency Club. Chennai. The objectives of the meeting includes “The Vision and Mission of the Governor of Alliance International Dist. 170 Ally. S Gajendran, The inspiring Message of International Vice President. Ally Gupta ji and the Action plan of the President Ally RG Thayakaran in tune with the rich tradition the meeting was called to order by the President., followed by the National pledge and prayer for World Peace conducted by Ally Bala Krishnan.

The Governor in his address emphasised the vehement need for organising Blood Donation programmes, Clean and Green projects and Reaching the unreached Children for providing elementary education. Guptaji stressed the need for bringing all the clubs under one roof periodically for better interaction team work and for socio cultural exchanges in order to create an egalitarian society free from caste creed and culture,

As a part of the agenda Ally Swaminathan presented a Cristal Clear Statement of Accounts and was appreciated by the house. The open house Mind storming session added colour to the Meeting as all the members came out with their out of box thinking and ideas for achieving the objectives The president in his concluding remarks assured that the action plan for service projects and Recreation activities for the members and their families will be accorded top priority The meeting was brought to a close with the Special dinner hosted in honor of the Guests and members
