State Level Special Vendor Development Program held on 27.02.2026

The National SC ST Hub Office in association with Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a State Level Vendor Development Programme on 27.02.2026 at Ambica Empire, Vadapalani, Chennai.

The occasion was graced by Sri. M. Sinthanaiselvan, MLA, Smt. Laxmi Priya, IAS, Secretary, Dept. of Adi-Dravida and Tribal Welfare, Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Sri.M. Sreevatsan, Zonal General Manager, NSIC Ltd, Sri. C.P. Reddy, Asst. Director, MSME-DFO, Sri. Govindarajan, CGM, NLC India Limited, Sri. Chandra, CGM, CPCL, Sri. SV Kannan, DGM, IOB, Sri. Muthurathinam, DGM, Union Bank of India, Smt. Bhagyalakshmi, TN President, DICCI.

The programme was organized inorder to encourage the SC ST MSEs to participate in Public Procurement inorder toachive the 4% procurement which is ear marked for SC ST MSEs under the Public Procurement Policy 2012 and to encourage the SC ST  MSEs to onboard on the GeM portal.

The officials from CPCL, NLCIL, ICF, FCI, Andrew Yule gave presentations on their procurement procedures. The MSME department of IOB gave a presentation on the various schemes available for the MSE sector.
