PROPFAIR”, the 3-day mega property organised My Property Boutique a real estate classifieds website and real estate services provider was inaugurated jointly amidst a lot of fanfare today by Mr. S. Sivagurunathan President, CREDAI Chennai Chapter, Mr. R Radhakrishna CGM, SBI Chennai & Mr P Kruthivas, Secretary, CREDAI Chennai. The property show will take place for three days from July 8th to July 10th, 2022, at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam. The exhibition will witness with 57 + developers displaying nearly 400 residential projects with the price ranging from Rs 10 lakhs -to-Rs 10 crores.

Speaking at the Inauguration, Mr S Sivagurunathan, President, CREDAI Chennai Chapter said, “The cost of construction materials has been on the rise due to rise in input costs, the home loans interests rate are also seeing the upward trend, so it is the right time to invest in property before the property cost see further rise in coming days. As per the latest CREDAI Survey, the number of residential units registered during 1st quarter this year was 2,924 units in Chennai which is a sign of recovery of the real estate sector in Chennai post the COVID pandemic, added Mr Sivagurunathan.
